Hi and welcome to Our Tennessee Life.  This is my little corner of the blogesphere where I write about DIY, furniture, decor, food, family..or whatever strikes my fancy at that given moment.  Just a short time ago I was hanging out in Hollywood producing red carpet movie premieres and now I am a stay at home mom in middle Tennessee who loves updating her house on the cheap.  Of course my background in event production and design influences my design choices, but mostly I enjoy making the old new again.  I am constantly taking chances with color and pattern...and while I think my ideas are great, they don't always work!  On any given day you can find me searching magazines, blogs, HGTV and the world around me for inspiration.  xo, Danielle
